We believe that complementing your cycling workouts with yoga is essential. While cycling primarily moves the body in one plane, our Studio II classes introduce movements in different planes, helping you build core strength, flexibility, and balance that cannot be achieved on the bike alone. By adding these classes to your routine, you'll enhance your overall fitness journey and achieve a well-rounded physical practice.
In addition to physical benefits, our Studio II classes offer mindfulness and mental rejuvenation. Through gentle movement, meditation, and a focus on the mind-body connection, you'll experience a profound sense of inner calm and restoration. Our studio features are designed to create a serene and tranquil environment. With a maximum capacity of 12 spots, we ensure an intimate and personalized experience for each member. Soft lighting and candles contribute to a soothing atmosphere, while our collection of blankets, bolsters, mats, and yoga blocks provide comfort and support during your practice. Additionally, we offer Resist-A-Balls for functional strength and balance training.
