Euro Café Duo Alternating Sundays
Based out of Kingston, Ontario, Canada Euro Café Duo features Andrea as vocalist accompanied by Edward on the versatile digital piano accordion. Their repertoire includes European music from the Parisienne and Italian genres, as well as many pieces from Broadway, Latin, the Romantic genre, Jazz Standards and the easy listening genres. You will often find them busking on the streets of their hometown Kingston in the warmer months. Regulars at several Kingston and Area venues, they are popular with young and old audiences alike. The duo provides all its own wireless audio equipment and adjusts playing to suit any environment including theme nights (e.g. Parisienne Café), private and corporate events.

Who is it for?
Spinning® Instructor Certification is the original certification course. It prepares you to lead classes with all the essential knowledge, such as bike setup and safety, form and technique, intensity zones and interval training, cueing for performance, motivation, and creating classes and playlists.
This is ideal for you if:
- You love taking classes, and you want to learn how to get better on the bike and maybe even teach someday.
- You’re just starting out and have never taught Spinning® or any other indoor cycling classes before.
- You taught indoor cycling before, but want to earn the official Spinning® certification.

Spinning® Continuing Education
Workshop Description: Understanding the relationship between cadence, resistance and intensity is key to coaching classes that meet students' training goals. Whether you use the Spinning Computer or cadence counting methods, this workshop, co-developed by Mad Dogg Athletics and cycling expert Joe Friel, will help you design highly effective, goal-oriented classes grounded in the principles of cadence and heart rate training. The workshop includes plenty of fun drills and class profiles.
Workshop Format: lecture plus practical application, ending with a ride.
